We created this company to expand the use of 3D Printers that were designed to print plastic parts. Our Patented metal filaments provide additive manufacturing applications, while lowering costs. Not only do they create new applications and processes, they can also be used in virtually any 3D printer. 3D print parts using our metal filaments to create pure metal 3D prints with common, off-the-shelf FDM unmodified printers. We create and sell materials for metal 3D printing including metal filaments, custom metal filaments, special order filaments, and sintering furnaces. Our solutions for 3D printing metal are safe and cost effective.

What metal alloys can be purchased and are available as metal filaments?

We currently have over 30 special request custom metal filament solutions. Our online store sells 5 metal filaments including aluminum filament, bronze filament, carbon iron filament, copper filament, and stainless steel 316L filament. We also sell metal pellet options, 3D printer nozzles, 4 sintering refractory ballast solutions, and high capacity sintering furnaces.

What is the benefit to your 3D metal printing filaments and materials?

Advantages of 3D printing with metal filaments allow for fabrication of shapes and 3D printing with more than one metal at a time. It isn’t possible to cast two metals at the same time [in a foundry].

Other benefits of 3D metal printing include a safer solution than SLS as no chemicals are used in the FFF printing process and lower cost.
